'Quiet Minds' is in its entirety about being proud of your work and not letting your mind tear you down. The songs are all very personal to me in different ways. In many instances, my mind was quiet to situations. Others, I couldn't get it to stop. In the end, we all want our voices heard by someone. I hope you all enjoy!
